01/04/10

The partners of Hermes Sargent Bates are pleased to announce that Kimberly Wilson is named to the partnership.

Since joining Hermes Sargent Bates in 2007, Kimberly has focused her practice primarily in healthcare law, medical malpractice defense, and commercial litigation. She advises clients on proactive measures, and uses her litigation and regulatory knowledge to assist healthcare clients in complying with regulations and streamlining their processes. Kimberly received her Bachelor of Science in News-Editorial Journalism from Texas Christian University in 1998 and her Juris Doctor Degree from Baylor University in 2001. She clerked for the 11th Court of Appeals in Eastland, Texas from 2001 to 2002.

Kimberly is very active in the community, both professionally and personally. She was recently elected for the second time to the Dallas Area Young Lawyers (DAYL) Board of Directors and she has served as co-chair for the Barristers for Babies Committee, whose efforts recently resulted in a donation of more than 800 teddy bears to the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, where Kimberly is also a member of the Crayon Club. Kimberly has been named to the “Texas Rising Star” list each year since 2007, was a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class 2007, and was named the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers “One to Watch” in March 2008.

All of us at Hermes Sargent Bates congratulate Kimberly.
