 |  |  | Representative Experience- Successfully obtained a summary judgment and defended that judgment on appeal before the Fifth Circuit in a defamation lawsuit brought by a former employee against one of the largest trucking companies in the United States.
- Successfully defended a challenge to a trial court's discovery order in a mandamus proceeding, after the appellate court had requested full briefing on the merits.
- Successfully represented a national consumer finance company in defense of hostile work environment and retaliation claims asserted by a former employee; obtained a defense verdict at trial.
- Defended product manufacturers in complex multi-party toxic-tort litigation.
- Represented clients through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit settlement discussions, motion practice, discovery and dispute resolution.
- Represented plaintiff in complex commercial dispute involving breach of contract.
