 |  |  | Representative Experience- Experience in defending foundation repair companies, excavation companies, construction subcontractors, and construction general contractors. One representative experience was defending several subcontractors including the fire sprinkler subcontractor, fireplace mantle subcontractor, and exterior masonry work subcontractor in a large $28 million construction defect case involving a condominium complex. Assisted in obtaining a favorable settlement for those subcontractors.
- Experience in defending corporate defendants including apartment complexes and movie theaters in contract and personal injury claims, particularly in slip and fall and premises liability cases.
- Experience in defending non-profit youth organization in personal injury cases.
- Experience in defending individual clients and trucking companies in car/trucking accidents.

Experience in retaining engineering, medical, and biomechanical experts to testify regarding liability and damages.
